Description
Job purpose
Responsible for maintaining and managing the ERP systems inventory integrity.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Help with Root Cause analysis and investigate any inventory discrepancies.
- Monitor the opening and closing of Production Orders.
- Help with Track and report all issues pertaining to ERP system in the ERP Tracker
- Preform daily scrubs on PR's, SR's, Transfers, MO's and Missed input staging.
- Create WIP Pack off MOs for production.
- Create Line Trial Mos.
- Help in assisting users in resolving problems and answer questions with mínimal supervision.
- Provide day to day support for common ERP issues.
- Preform daily scrubs on PR's, SR's, Transfers, and Missed input staging.
- Investigations if variances are identified
- Assist in Weekly cycle count analysis, plus/minus 10% delta investigations.
- Perform Wip Adjustments.
- Help with doing Output verifications for MOs
- Perform other assigned duties.
- Follow Health and Safety rules and regulations.
- Must followood anufacturing ractices, Food Safety, and Food Defense guidelines.
- Comply with all Company policies and procedures.
Qualifications.
- Ability to document and multitask.
- Manufacturing industry knowledge is a plus.
- Comfortable communicating with all levels of staff in the organization.
- Enjoy working as part of a team while still very comfortable taking an idea and running with it on your own.
- Embrace change because you know that any process can always be improved upon.
- View Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word as important tools in your tool box and consider yourself somewhat of an expert.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
