Assistant Construction Project Coordinator - Richmond, Canada - Doxa Developments

• Coordinate and manage construction projects from start to finish
• Collaborate with project team members to ensure project goals and objectives are met
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals, bids, and contracts
• Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records
• Facilitate communication between project team members, clients, and subcontractors
• Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project coordination or related field
• Proficiency in construction estimating software
• Familiarity with construction management software
• Experience working with construction industry software such as Bluebeam for document management
• Strong understanding of blueprint reading and interpreting schematics
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various stakeholders
• Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
• Local related education/work experiences is an asset (BCIT/Douglas)
