Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager at our location in Vaudreuil-Dorion, QC. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting with daily operations, including customer service, inventory management, visual merchandising, and team leadership. They will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the store meets its sales targets and provides an excellent shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

Excellent customer service and communication skills
Experience in retail or a related field
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising
Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities
Flexibility to work on weekdays, weekends, and holidays
Demonstrated problem-solving skills
Previous experience as an Assistant Manager is a plus
Fluency in both English and French is preferred
