WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?


The Fan Services Representative is responsible for processing and the delivery of ticket orders for the National Bank Open presented by Rogers, as well as handling fan issues.

FSRs will handle incoming sales calls and assist the Sales & Fan Experience team, Corporate Sales teams and other Tennis Canada departments with administrative support as it relates to National Bank Open ticketing.

Reporting to the Manager, Ticketing this position will receive professional training and ongoing mentorship from our full-time sales executives.

  • Organize and execute packaging and delivery of tickets through customized ticketing system
  • Service National Bank Open clientele/fans with their ticketing and tournamentrelated inquiries as it relates to tech/Ticketmaster troubleshooting, customer account and ticketing updates, and general tournament info
  • Handle incoming sales & service calls in a positive and effective manner while recognizing new business, corporate and upsell opportunities
  • Assist all sales departments including sponsorship, corporate and group sales

WHO YOU ARE?

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer literacy
  • Ability to work and excel under pressure, in a fastpaced and challenging environment
  • Commitment to service excellence and fan satisfaction
  • Support a team environment and adhere to the Stadium Sales department's objectives, goals and mandates
  • Sales experience (asset)
  • Fluency in one or more languages other than English (asset)
