Overview:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provides onsite assistance and firstline technical support for all staff and departments
  • Designing and implementing efficient enduser feedback and errorreporting systems
  • Website updates such as general updates & the regular maintenance of the site
  • Work on any new projects as assigned
  • Provide support for stakeholder requests, analyze problems, and escalate issues when necessary
  • Troubleshoot desktop and printer hardware, and software issues
  • Install, configure, and test all new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software
  • Troubleshoot LAN/WAN and connectivity issues
  • Develop reference, training materials and provide enduser training

Qualifications & Skill Requirements:


  • A Post-Secondary degree or diploma in Information Technology
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience within the IT industry in a support capacity
  • Strong competence in the Microsoft Ecosystem (Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, SQL, Exchange, Desktop, and Server OS), computer hardware/software, networking, and server rooms
  • Deep understanding on Windows Servers
  • Familiar with RMM Software
  • Solid problemsolving, researching, and troubleshooting skills coupled with a willingness to listen, learn, share, and improve
  • Strong awareness of IT security and confidentiality
  • Ability to work, prioritize and make decisions independently in a fastpaced production environment
  • A selfstarter and quick learner with the ability to work independently as well as with the team
  • Network +, CCNA, and other IT industrystandard certifications would be an asset

Schedule:40 hours/week
