Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides onsite assistance and firstline technical support for all staff and departments
- Designing and implementing efficient enduser feedback and errorreporting systems
- Website updates such as general updates & the regular maintenance of the site
- Work on any new projects as assigned
- Provide support for stakeholder requests, analyze problems, and escalate issues when necessary
- Troubleshoot desktop and printer hardware, and software issues
- Install, configure, and test all new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN and connectivity issues
- Develop reference, training materials and provide enduser training
Qualifications & Skill Requirements:
- A Post-Secondary degree or diploma in Information Technology
- Minimum of 2 years' experience within the IT industry in a support capacity
- Strong competence in the Microsoft Ecosystem (Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, SQL, Exchange, Desktop, and Server OS), computer hardware/software, networking, and server rooms
- Deep understanding on Windows Servers
- Familiar with RMM Software
- Solid problemsolving, researching, and troubleshooting skills coupled with a willingness to listen, learn, share, and improve
- Strong awareness of IT security and confidentiality
- Ability to work, prioritize and make decisions independently in a fastpaced production environment
- A selfstarter and quick learner with the ability to work independently as well as with the team
- Network +, CCNA, and other IT industrystandard certifications would be an asset
Work Location:

Schedule:40 hours/week
