Reporting to the Senior Director within the Ontario East portfolio, the
Administrative Coordinator will provide service for both staff and residents on-site based out of our regional office located at
370 McCowan Rd.

They will be primarily responsible for administration support to ensure effective and efficient follow-up of communication within their region.

What you need to succeed:


  • 12 years' experience in customer service, sales, office administration or related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient with MS Office. SAP knowledge is an asset
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines
  • Effective verbal and listening communications skills
  • Effective written communications skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to service customers
