Are you a serious person (punctual, reliable, taking pride in your work) looking to join a motivated team that is working hard and growing fast?

This is an enticing opportunity for someone wanting a great paying job driving company cube-vans and making deliveries. You will be dropping multiples boxes, totes and drinks at locations and driving between them. This is not like delivering small parcels or uber. The loads are larger and there are fewer stops. The role may expand to driving a 24 foot truck.

40 hour full shift work. Sunday - Thursday 4/5pm start time.

Runs start and end in North York. Drives can be up to 2 hours to London or Hamilton/St Catharines.

Pay is Salary (not hourly).
This work is hard and needs concentrating. We do not recommend this as a 2nd job.

Basic requirements:

An honest person with strong personal character;
Ability to lift 50 lbs of weight (this role is great for a physical person looking to be active during their work day).
Ability to bend down and pickup weight and reach up high to pack shelves.
Professional attitude and ability to think on your own.
Clean driving record and experience driving a cargo van.
Clean Criminal record as check will be performed.
Comfortable enough with technology to use a mobile app to update inventory and scheduling.

Responsibilities:

You would be responsible for:

Picking up supplies from our warehouse
Stocking office coffee supplies and providing first level service for coffee machines
Delivering totes of inventory to local store rooms
Following operational processes
Reporting issues and solving them with the team
Driving time is 50% of the route and the vehicle used is a Cube-Van. Loads are consistent and need work to load and offload.

Requirements:

Positive attitude, great work ethic, ability and desire to learn on the job
Physical work
Strong oral and written communication skills
Flexibility to be available to work on evenings and weekends and overtime as required
Experience working with inventory and merchandising
Experience in restaurants/retail/convenience a plus
Experience with distribution, logistics, marketing, customer service, sales a plus
Clean criminal Record
