About the team


The Virtual Customer Engagement Practice (VCEP) team is looking for a Digital Content Intern to support planning and execution of key content & communications initiatives.

The Digital Content Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the coordination of digital content within the VCEP area. He/she is responsible for ensuring digital content is consistent, engaging, on-brand and effective in driving customer outcomes. Coordination responsibilities include overseeing curating content, organizing assets, populating templates.

This will include working closely with executives and leaders, developing well-defined plans and managing day-to-day communications to help the organization achieve its strategic objectives.


What you'll do

SAP iXp Intern - Digital Content Coordinator


Location:
Vancouver, BC


Expected start date to end date: May January 2024

In this role, you'll

  • Oversee development & optimization of key digital assets, including customer facing touchpoints, landing pages, onepagers.
  • Prepare communication briefs targeting specific business objectives for specific audiences
  • Work with both external customer facing, and internal content resources
  • Deliver regular updates to business and make recommendations on program optimization
  • Assemble and coordinate campaign briefs where appropriate
  • Oversee maintenance of existing content management platform
  • Produce a variety of multimedia content assets, including videos, onepagers, infographics; and decks.
  • Make recommendations on content deployment methodology
  • Work across all global regions
  • Be a multiplier that can go beyond the job description to contribute strongly to others on a high performing team
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement

Who you are
We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • Currently involved in university or college degree in communications, journalism, marketing and/or public relations
  • Willing to commit for 8 months fulltime internship starting May 202
  • Team player attitude with ability to work effectively in crossfunctional teams and manage working relationships with key internal stakeholders and business units
  • Excellent written and oral communication in a variety of formats
  • Professional experience in communications, enablement content, project management, content development
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing creative and communications projects
  • Effective storytelling and copywriting/editing skills
  • Must be able to understand, critique and give feedback on good content design & delivery methods
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and audio/video editing software)
  • Graphic design and content production skills
  • The ability to make sound decisions aligned to the business strategy
  • Experience and strong interest in visualizing complex technical and business processes
  • Excellent trouble shooting and problemsolving skills
