What you will do...

  • Process mail for scanning and delivery.
  • Route electronic faxes to online workflows.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and process special orders.
  • Schedule courier pickups and deliveries as required.
  • Electronic processing of incoming faxes.
  • Greet and direct visitors.
  • Arrange and maintain meeting schedules for Direct Sales Team
  • Manage daily deposits & downloads.
  • Daily mail/Canada post
  • Monitoring New Minas Inbox
  • Generic
  • Sales support, including client follow up and policy updates.
What you will bring...

  • Post Secondary education in a related field.
  • 35 years previous experience working in property & casualty insurance including in a sale function is preferred.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills.
  • Ability to work confidently on your own or collaborate with other teams as required.
  • Knowledge in Power Broker or other Industry Management Systems would be an asset.
  • Able to multitask.
  • Able to deal with difficult clients if required.
