About the role:


Our RV Outfitters do just that - outfit our customers with the RV they need to enjoy the great outdoors.

You bring a positive attitude and exceptional hospitality and we'll provide you with the support, tools, and training you'll need to help get people camping


Do you have a passion for the outdoors, camping, or RVing? Are you persuasive, driven, and looking for a challenge? We're looking for an RV Outfitter to join our Red Deer team.

As an RV Outfitter, you'll be responsible for building rapport with customers, evaluating their needs, providing product recommendations, and following up to ensure they're satisfied with their experience.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Effectively follow successful sales processes that ensure the customer has an excellent buying experience
  • Successfully maintain and enhance ongoing customer relationships through timely followup
  • Assist customers with insurance arrangements, manufacturer's warranty, and parts and service details
  • Prepare paperwork for all unit deliveries

Requirements:


  • High school diploma
  • Goaloriented and achievementdriven
  • Previous experience in a customerfacing role
  • Aboveaverage communication skills
  • Comfortable with new software, MS Office and Social Media
