First, the Business Performance, Planning & Coordination of business process change activities. Second, we drive Operational Effectiveness through lean continuous improvement and digital & automation innovation.

About This Role

You'll champion team success by setting targets and objectives and continually assessing team skills and capabilities to ensure we are always equipped to deliver exceptional results.

Here's some of what you may be asked to perform:

Work closely with key business leaders to optimize resources and leverage TDI's operating model to maximize efficiency, effectiveness, and scale
Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance operational efficiency & productivity
Support Process leads in the building of successful business cases for presentation to executives.
Business Problem Solving: Ability to start at a high level & conceptualize complex business issues, and build a framework to solve the problem
Lead the design/execution of projects requiring Digital and RPA capability
Lead, manage and plan a diverse set of work activities involving the development and integrated implementation of process changes across multiple functional areas.
Ensure an integrated and aggregated view of all related activities across the overall function providing escalations, recommendations, and decision support to leadership.
Forecast initiatives and demand, prioritize with key stakeholders.
Provide functional and business level communications to ensure messages to stakeholders and/or employees are consistent, appropriate, and aligned to business strategies and executive management direction.
Provide coaching, development, succession, recruitment, resource management, team leadership, input into performance and development plans.

It helps if you have:

Undergraduate Degree.
7+ years relevant experience.
Confidence and ability to lead and manage a significant business management functional area and overall operation of a diverse group in an area of moderate risk, complexity, or scope.
Expertise in Lean Transformation/ Continuous Process Improvement methodologies
Deep knowledge and understanding of the business and technology, organizational practices, and disciplines
Experience managing client expectation in a fast paced, result oriented environment
Experience with executive reporting
Strong relationship building skills
Leadership in growing team expertise to align with demand, and technology
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio )
Jira / Confluence Design

Nice to Have:

Insurance industry expertise (Credit Protection, Life insurance )
Experience in working with Digital & Automation team to deliver digital solutions
Lean Six Sigma certification or expertise
