Description

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Greet and welcome guests and ensure their needs are met in a timely manner
  • Checkin and assign rooms to arriving guests
  • Manage and process, cancel, and change room reservations
  • Respond promptly to guest concerns with patience and professionalism and ensure they are addressed in a satisfactory manner
  • Manage and process payments and balance cash
  • Document in the Front Desk logbook any issues that need to be communicated to the staff for the next shift, and escalate to the Hotel Manager as needed.
  • Answer phone calls and direct to others as required
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance
  • Perform clerical duties as required
  • Support the Supervisor with any other required tasks in a timely manner
  • Being flexible with scheduling
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient in using phone systems and computer software
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to handle difficult situations
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent


Schedule:

  • Evening shift
  • Holidays
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Experience:

Guest Service Agent: 2 years (required)

  • Hospitality: 2 years (required)
