ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Answer and direct all incoming calls in a courteous and friendly manner.
- Greet customers and check them in upon arrival at the dealership
- Work with customers in the showroom to assist with their needs.
- Motor vehicle licensing administration
- Vehicle inventory administration
- Perform related administrative tasks as requested by management
- Update customer database as needed
WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Passion for growth and learning
- Must have availability to work an 8 hour shift Tuesday through Saturday.
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experienced required
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Previous automotive dealership experience is an asset
- Must have computer skills and/or experience with Google Drive/Sheets is an asset
- Team oriented individual with a positive attitude
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excels in a high paced environment and able to meet deadlines accordingly
- Willingness to be trained on licensing administration
Salary:
$15.50-$25.00 per hour
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Class G Licence (required)
