ABOUT THE ROLE:


  • Answer and direct all incoming calls in a courteous and friendly manner.
  • Greet customers and check them in upon arrival at the dealership
  • Work with customers in the showroom to assist with their needs.
  • Motor vehicle licensing administration
  • Vehicle inventory administration
  • Perform related administrative tasks as requested by management
  • Update customer database as needed

WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Passion for growth and learning
  • Must have availability to work an 8 hour shift Tuesday through Saturday.
  • Minimum of 1 year customer service experienced required
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Previous automotive dealership experience is an asset
  • Must have computer skills and/or experience with Google Drive/Sheets is an asset
  • Team oriented individual with a positive attitude
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excels in a high paced environment and able to meet deadlines accordingly
  • Willingness to be trained on licensing administration

Salary:
$15.50-$25.00 per hour


Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Class G Licence (required)
