Your tasks at a glance

  • You present treatment options to prospective patients.
  • You provide accurate information to patients regarding surgery, pricing, and scheduling.
  • You manage and address patient questions accurately, concisely and in a timely manner.
  • You help meet patients' needs by consulting, reassuring and scheduling followups, across different regions.

A clear view of your assets

  • You have a broad background in
    customer service and retention, in a relevant industry such as cosmetics, retail, banking, insurance, travel sales, and hospitality.
  • You have prior experience as an inside sales representative or account executive (an asset).
  • You have a desire to succeed: being highly motivated, results driven and familiar with client followup techniques.
  • You are organized, selfdisciplined, have excellent prioritization, time management, and problemsolving skills.

You have excellent communication skills, you speak English _et français aussi.
