We're
looking for an experienced full time
Deal Clerk to join our growing team Reporting to the Controller, you will assist with inventory management, posting deals, inputting invoices, & generating payments.

Your Day to Day:

Posting deal sales into accounting
Calculating & posting sales commissions
Reconciling flooring liabilities
Reconciling various accounting schedules relating to vehicle inventory
Processing aftersales remittances
Filing, electronic filing, scanning, & tracking documents
Creating, formatting various documents, & correspondence

What You Bring to the Table:

Minimum 1 year accounting experience required
Automotive and/or dealership experience is a must
Deal posting experience is an asset
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, document templates etc.)
