Park Your Real Estate Licence at No Monthly Cost_


What does Parking Your Licence Mean?


Simply put, you keep your Real Estate license with a Brokerage but will not have to Join or Pay Membership Fees to a Real Estate Board or the Associations (CREA and OREA).

You are still a fully licensed Registrant with RECO during this time.


What will it cost me with Queensway to Park My Licence?
Absolutely no monthly cost at , simply the reco transfer cost of $25.


What about RECO?


You will need to continue paying the reco insurance and do all the necessary courses, as you will still be a registered agent, but just won't have mls access.


What if you have a client and don't have MLS access?


You can still work as an agent and trade in real estate, as you will continue to be licensed, but it's best to team up with someone that has mls access or refer the deal to someone in the office and get a referral fee.


Another option is the use to look up listings, this works great for rentals or looking up cottage country properties, but for sales, without proper access to everything, it's best to team up with someone with full treb access as you will need detailed information, history of sales, etc.

Or another option, you can simply join a board again, if it's a Sale, it might be worth it, and If you do, Queensway Real Estate does not have any Desk Fees, Deal Fees, No Fees Period

In Rentals. the going commission is half a month rent of the monthly rental price of the place you rent.


For example:

On a typical rental, an average 2 bedroom condo in Toronto rents for $ 3000, You get $1500 Commission plus HST, =$1695.

You complete 2 rentals a week, that will be a potential income of $13,560 per month.


Regardless if you are new or an experienced agent, It's simply one of the best ways to make a great income while you meet new clients that do not have an agent and grow your client base for future sales.
