ADP is hiring a Customer Service Specialist I. In this position, you'll join a team of rock star professionals who are responsible for ensuring every customer interaction is a best-in-class experience. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide Tier 1 customer support
Respond to basic inquiries regarding ADP products
Answer nontechnical questions
Conduct correspondence with customers and representatives
Leverage strong interpersonal skills and product knowledge to execute daily customercentric activities

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

High School diploma
Some customer service experience required
Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills
Must be fully bilingual with excellent verbal and written French and English language skills.
Must be comfortable working in a performancebased and structured environment while demonstrating high ethical standards
Bachelor's degree Preferred
Organizational Skills: the ability to multitask, set priorities, and follow up in a timely manner
Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment as well as work independently and make sound decisions
