Amazon purchasing - booking and reorders to suppliers

  • Amazon communication to suppliers weekly recaps of how the week went and any problems
  • Amazon marketing
  • Amazon website product facings need to be kept up + A+ descriptions for Brooks page and our page
  • Amazon problems working with suppliers and Amazon to address
  • Amazon customer service reply to customer messages and address concerns
  • Google feeds/web compliance for our website
  • Uploading flat files to our shop


  • Auditing

  • Daily/several times weekly audit Altra inventory on AMZ, comparing Retail to AMZ inventory, and insuring Amazon matches the website for prices/product names/etc.
  • Transfer old product to other stores
  • Managing supplier drop ship programs writing PO's, entering UPC codes, gathering flat files/images from suppliers
  • Hours are Mon to Fri, 8am to 4:30pm
  • High school diploma mandatory
  • Post secondary education would be preferred
  • Some business courses would be an asset
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English proficiently
  • Basic computer skills are mandatory (word, excel, outlook)
