Job Description - Service Tech Assistant
RESPONSIBILITIES- To assist Tech with the following
- Logging and reporting on scheduled daily work orders
- Troubleshoot pumps, filters, heaters, service chlorine pumps and check condition of pool, sauna and hot tub equipment
- Repair and installation of pool, sauna and hot tub equipment
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulation requirements
- Opening and closing of swimming pools
SKILLS
- Customer service experience
- Previous pool/trade experience and pool equipment knowledge is an asset
- Mechanical Aptitude
- Valid G Drivers License required with clean drivers abstract
- Ability to learn quickly and follow instruction/procedures/product manuals
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to handle the physical demands of the job
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- During busy season may be required to work long hours and/or 6 days a week
- Working indoors and outdoors
- Training Provided
- Safety footwear is required
Salary:
$17.00-$20.00 per hour
