Description du poste

Assemble and stimulate the project team to ensure the success of all stages of the project.
Guide the project teams to the right project management approach for each situation, whether it is Waterfall, Agile or a hybrid approach.
Establish an impeccable relationship and communication with the client to provide the transparency and satisfaction expected throughout the project.
Offer a clear partnership and empathetic listening to effectively manage needs, contingencies, issues and compromises.
Coordinate and follow through on operational planning, budget management, deadlines and deliverables with the client and project team.
Continuously estimate and update resource requirements to ensure project progress.
Actively participate in making decisions that add value to the client and the organization.
Ensure the progress and optimization of complex multidisciplinary engineering projects in the area of product development.

Profil recherché

We are looking for a rigorous, open-minded, outstanding communicator with a keen sense of planning and organization.

You will be responsible for mobilizing and motivating the project team, guiding the project teams in the appropriate project management approach, maintaining impeccable communication with the client, providing a transparent partnership and empathetic listening for the effective management of needs, contingencies, issues and compromises.

Requirements for this position include a Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, management or related field, experience as a project manager, indepth knowledge of complex project management principles, methods and techniques, leadership, interpersonal, negotiation and bilingual (French + English) client communication skills both oral and written.
