This role sits within Laurentian Bank, a subsidiary of Laurentian Bank Financial Group.


Responsibilities:

The HR Advisor works closely with business line management to implement HR solutions aligned with the Group's strategy.

The incumbent provides quality advice to managers and employees for different situations (performance management, succession, discipline, absenteeism, coaching, etc.) while ensuring compliance with Laurentian Bank Financial Group's governance and policies.


Additional responsibilities:
o Support HR Business Partners and other HR stakeholders in human resources management (talent acquisition, compensation, etc.).

o Advise managers on the resolution of litigations.

o Perform quality control of documents issued by the business unit.

o Participate in various transformation projects or other projects in an HR capacity.

o Analyse and interpret data, explain discrepancies and make recommendations to improve human resources activities.

o Perform all tasks of similar or general nature required for the job.


Qualifications:

o University degree in a related field and minimum two years of relevant experience

o Bilingual, French and English (spoken and written) is essential

o Advice driven

o Knowledge of the financial, banking and capital markets sectors, an asset
