Line Cook Job Summary

Responsibilities:

Memorize recipes, policies, procedures, and standard portion sizes

Prepare ingredients and components of each dish on our menu in a timely manner

Maintain inventory of the kitchen, rotating products as need

Ability to work as a team to execute orders at a high-volume restaurant

Following kitchen health and safety regulations and guidelines

Ensuring a clean, sanitary, and safe workspace always


Qualifications & Skills
Line Cook Experience a must, minimum 1 year

Safe Food Handling Certificate required & High School Diploma/ GED required

Excellent verbal communication and organization skills

Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds at a time on a regular basis

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 15-30 per week


Salary:
$15.50-$19.00 per hour
