Description

Maintain care and control over all Company and Customer property for up to five separate Warehouses in Bond unit. Position requires heavy lifting, and exposure to extreme temperatures (freezer, cooler) and strong odors.

Receive raw materials/purchased products/manufactured parts, verifying internal paperwork to physical product.
Load/unload to assigned locations, ensure proper packaging, and store on shelves/racks in an organized/FIFO manner.
Cache raw materials and parts to Shop Jobs for manufacture, through coordination with Bond supervision/operators to ensure traceability of materials used.
Update ERP system with all transactions, and maintain filing systems.
Maintain accurate inventories through daily cycle counts, and/or adjusting inventory when required.
Update reports, identify/solve/communicate shortage problems and schedule discrepancies.
Monitor shelflife materials and expiry dates, completing required forms where required.
Action Discrepant Material Reports. Ensure stock purges are performed for all parts in work and inventory in a timely manner.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook.
Operate forklift and update associated Vehicle Maintenance Reports.
May perform other duties as required by the Company.
