Prairie Bus Lines Ltd. is seeking a dynamic, knowledgeable, part-time Dispatcher to join our team in Rocky Mountain House. Dispatchers are primarily responsible for scheduling drivers, providing tactful and professional telephone and radio assistance, and administrative duties.

Qualifications:

Excellent customer service skills, proven ability to serve the public and relate to coworkers in a courteous, helpful manner
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, intuitive and empathetic listening skills
Strong telephone etiquette
Very organized
Strong computer skills and knowledgeable of Microsoft Programs
Ability to multitask, work effectively under pressure and as a part of a team
Clear criminal record
Valid Alberta driver's license
Class 2S license considered an asset
Demonstrated problem solving skills
Good map reading skills with a strong knowledge of Rocky Mountain House and surrounding areas
