WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOMPLISHING IN THE ROLE

Assessing damages in products and identifying solutions for repairs
Inhome, shop and floor product service inspections and repairs
Solving practical problems and carrying out responsibilities with little or no supervision
Providing professional customer service
Proper handling of all product

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Education/Experience

A postsecondary education in furniture repair and refinishing (or equivalent experience)

Skills and Abilities

Valid G license with clean driver's abstract
Knowledge in repairing wood furniture or upholstery using various techniques such as: touchup using aerosol paints, sewing techniques, burn in process, etc.
Energy and optimism and strong problemsolving skills
A strong commitment to delivering exceptional personalized customer service
Good attendance record, reliability and maturity
Computer proficiency
Great organizational, time management and communication skills
Ability to work in a demanding, fastpaced environment
