WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOMPLISHING IN THE ROLE

  • Assessing damages in products and identifying solutions for repairs
  • Inhome, shop and floor product service inspections and repairs
  • Solving practical problems and carrying out responsibilities with little or no supervision
  • Providing professional customer service
  • Proper handling of all product

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Education/Experience

  • A postsecondary education in furniture repair and refinishing (or equivalent experience)
Skills and Abilities

  • Valid G license with clean driver's abstract
  • Knowledge in repairing wood furniture or upholstery using various techniques such as: touchup using aerosol paints, sewing techniques, burn in process, etc.
  • Energy and optimism and strong problemsolving skills
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional personalized customer service
  • Good attendance record, reliability and maturity
  • Computer proficiency
  • Great organizational, time management and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a demanding, fastpaced environment
