Job Summary

The Scaling Officer - Interior is responsible for developing, administering and supervising the Interior District Scaling Program according to the Forest Act, Forest and Range Practices Act, Regulations, Scaling Manual, Waste Manual and provincial policy and guidelines.

Job Requirements:

Valid Interior Scaler Licence with required endorsements.
Valid BC Class 5 Driver's Licence or equivalent.

Preference may be given to those with one (1) or both of the following:

Minimum of five (5) years of related Interior scaling operational experience.
Timber cruising experience.
Waste experience.

This position can be located in either Clearwater or Kamloops.
