We currently have an exceptional opportunity for a Service Manager for in the Mississauga, ON

area. We are looking for a self-starter, with a high level of professional integrity, good work ethic and a

to be successful in this position:

Responsibilities:

Schedule and manage service crews for leak repairs

Inspect roofs and provide estimates and provide follow-up with customers (heavy customer

contact)

Selling repair work

Calling on customers

Providing proposals

Servicing customer needs

Responsible for management/growth of service department

Job Qualifications
5 years roofing/construction experience required

3 years of customer service experience required

Previous sales experience

Strong communication/ writing skills

Time management skills

Good relationship building skills

Excellent follow-up skills

Able to work on multiple tasks

Computer proficient - Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Valid drivers license

Experience with EPDM, TPO, PVC, BUR, FOAM, METAL, ACRYLIC and/or SHINGLES a

plus
