The Opportunity

Howe Sound Brewpub (
New location) serves award-winning ales and lagers fresh from the brewery. Our menu is full of house-made favourites & our chefs focus on freshness & unique flavours cooking with our beer, seasonal produce & local seafood.


What You'll Do

  • Ensure the preparation station and the kitchen are set up and stocked.
  • Prepare simple components of each dish on the menu by chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and preparing sauces.
  • Report to the Head Chef and follow instructions accordingly.
  • Ensure food preparation and storage areas meet health and safety standards.
  • Clean prep areas and take care of leftovers.
  • Stock inventory and supplies.
  • Cook menu items with the support of the kitchen staff.

What You Have

  • 3+ years of experience in the same or a similar role.
  • Enthusiastic and committed to guest satisfaction.
  • Honest, trustworthy and reliable.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Availability to work on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Able to work in a fastpaced environment and stay calm under pressure.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada to be considered.
