About the job:
As an Distributions delivery Driver, you'll be delivering across the city Edmonton delivery area.
You will be a delivery driver you serve - delivering hundreds of smiles to customers every day in the form of critical supplies.
Our full-time drivers work four (4) days per week. We also offer part-time employment, for those who are interested.Duties and Responsibilities:
The Delivery Associate position is responsible to specific duties include, but not limited to: -Responsible for daily deliveries serving our business and customers, and giving them best customer service.
-Meeting delivery deadlines. -Communicating with team members and operations team for any deliveries and road concerns.-Responsible for daily van inspection and filling in the inspection checklist -manually loading and unloading food products into the vans/trucks and hand-wheeling them into the customer location with the use of ramps and levelers -Perform product delivery verification at the customer location and maintaining customer invoices -Fill put invoices accurately for each customer -Perform product return and ensure invoice accuracy to give to the site manager -Conduct routine pre/post-trip truck inspections and maintaining accurate records of delivery routes, temperature logs, count sheets and incident reporting -Report incident and accident while on shift to the operation team.
-Following the best practices for health and and safety at all times throughout the shift.Qualifications:
- Have a valid Alberta Class 5 or Class 5 GDL drivers license and *clean drivers abstract
- No driver's license suspensions within the previous five years
- No DUI/DWI within five previous years
- Are physically capable of working 10.
