Job Summary:

If you have over 2 years of experience in planning and scheduling for commercial and residential construction projects, we want you As a Planner/Scheduler, you will play a vital role in our projects' success.

You'll create and maintain detailed work schedules using tools like Primavera (P6), Microsoft Project, or Project WebApp. Your responsibilities will also include tracking issues, analyzing data, and reporting to various stakeholders and clients.
This is an on-site position, offering you the chance to join the Ledcor Building team in Vancouver, BC. Get ready to contribute significantly to our projects' achievements

Essential Responsibilities:

Supports the estimating team in the development of proposal schedules
Collaboratively works with the project team to assist in the development and maintenance of detailed construction schedules
Evaluate, monitor, and report all scheduled deliverables to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and to minimize exposure to claims
Provides feedback on the content and/or presentation of all project schedules and works with the project team to modify schedules as required
Provide ongoing training to project team members as required to achieve the above objectives

Requirements:

25 years of planning, scheduling, and preparing CPM schedules and detailed progress reports. Commercial construction industry experience is highly preferred
Diploma or degree related to Construction Management, Estimating, Engineering or industryrelated trade certification/education
Proficiency in Primavera (P6)/ MS Project is required
Thorough understanding of construction execution strategy
Successful completion of preemployment drug & alcohol requirements
