Bee-Clean Building Maintenance is Canada's largest Canadian-owned janitorial company providing service to clients nationally and locally. The North Bay branch of Bee-Clean is looking for a Cleaner/ Lead hand to join our team.

Position Title:
Cleaner Lead hand

Reporting to:
North Bay Area Manager

Shift:
Friday to Tuesday 4:30 pm to 12:00 am

Job Summary:

This position supports the area manager on several tasks on the field.

Cleaning experience is not necessary but is an asset._

CLEANING DUTIES INCLUDE:

Full janitorial duties
Sweep, wash and disinfect floors
Clean washrooms and disinfect empty garbage's
Window cleaning
Clean disinfect offices
Empty garbage's
Vacuum common areas
Exterior pickup litter
Power wash windows
Strip and wax floors
Extraction carpets

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

Driver License G (preferred)
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure while maintaining high accuracy.
Manage deadlines effectively in a professional manner.
Good team leadership skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment.
Occasional requirement to travel between buildings within the area to attend meetings, provide onsite support, and help other cleaners.
