Part-Time Receptionist to join our team

Hours:
Monday to Thursday 5pm - 8pm and Saturday 8am - 5pm

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome customers, visitors, and staff in a warm and professional manner.
Manage incoming phone calls, route them to the appropriate departments, and take accurate messages when needed.
Direct customers to the appropriate sales or service personnel.
Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area.
Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated excellent telephone demeanor and ability to accurately record messages and information
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated pleasant, friendly manner
Organizational ability and attention to detail
Ability to take ownership of problems with a positive attitude and bring them to completion
Ability to remain calm and focused under all circumstances to deliver exceptional service to customers
Ability to work in a team environment to achieve common goals
One (1) year of reception experience or equivalent preferred
Dealership experience preferred
Licensing experience will be considered an asset
