Description
We are currently searching for a dynamic, independent, detail-oriented individual responsible for front counter customer service.


Start Date:

ASAP

Location:
Hamilton (Upper Ottawa St and Stone Church Rd E)


Shift:
Day


Pay:
$18-$20 per hour


Duties:


  • Receiving walkin traffic requesting company information
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Typing, photocopying, printing, and preparing orderrelated documents (bill of lading/shipping labels)
  • Invoicing and mailing
  • Providing company information and product availability
  • Updating database with product information
  • Order office supplies
  • Process documents
  • Maintain website and social media accounts.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 2 years' experience Office Administration/Customer Service/Reception
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite
  • Must be comfortable working in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent command of the English language and attention to detail
  • Must have aboveaverage knowledge of computers
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to provide 2 work references
  • Must have excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude

Salary:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
