- Stock Transfer Administrator, Data Entry & Mail (12month Contract)_
- This role is full time at the office_
Reporting to the Supervisor, Stock Transfer Administrator, Data Entry & Mail is responsible for performing day-to-day data entry work using system software; entering, updating, verifying data, processing of outgoing securities via various mailing methods in strict accordance of our mail insurance guidelines and ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information recorded.
This individual is also responsible for receiving incoming mail, maintaining the debit filing room and various administrative duties within the TSX Trust operations group.
Please note:
This role is an in office position in our Toronto office.
Key Accountabilities:
- Timely processing of all batches by reviewing data inputted for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures of returning incomplete documents to individuals for resolution
- Processing and reviewing of securities mailing that need to be mailed out in accordance with TSX Trust mail insurance policies and procedures
- Receiving and scanning of incoming mail to be batched by the Stock Transfer team
- Loading of manual records to our registrar system
- Daily maintenance and filing of the debit wrap room
- Completion of batches on system software
- Scanning and filing of signed batch tickets
- Assisting in the balancing of presenter fee invoices received from presenters
Must have skills:
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet strict deadlines
- Ability to analyze, problemsolve and work independently with mínimal direction
- A solid understanding of the securities industry
- A willingness and ability to adapt to a changing environment and responsibilities
- Ability to coordinate and prioritize tasks effectively and communicate with peers and all levels of the company
- Must have a flexible schedule to work overtime as the need arises
- High attention to accuracy and detail

- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Previous experience in an office environment
