Located just minutes from downtown Montreal, Services aériens LUX inc [LUX Ground Services Inc] is a fast-growing company operating a FBO/Fixed-Base Operation service at St-Hubert Airport (CYHU).

LUX also operates a terminal at Quebec City's Jean Lesage International Airport (CYQB).

Our parent company, Chrono Aviation, was founded in Quebec City in 2012. In its early days, the company operated a Pilatus PC-12 and employed two pilots. Today, Chrono Aviation has a fleet of 15 aircraft and a team of 280 employees.


Role and context


The Ramp Agent Team Leader plays a crucial role in our ground operations, coordinating and supervising aircraft loading, unloading and ground maintenance activities.

This position requires someone with excellent leadership skills, able to work under pressure and maintain the safety and efficiency of ground operations.


Key responsibilities

  • Supervising and coordinating teams of ramp agents for aircraft loading and unloading operations.
  • Ensuring compliance with ground safety procedures and regulations specific to the aviation sector.
  • Communicating with aircraft crews to coordinate ground activities.
  • Managing the inventory and maintenance of ground equipment.
  • Training and assessing the ramp agents under its supervision.
  • Ensuring that work areas are well maintained and that operational standards are respected.

  • Certifications required by the aviation sector for ground operations.
  • Computer skills for report writing and operational data management.
  • Fluency in spoken and written French and English.
  • Valid driving licence.
