As Legal Assistant you will:


  • Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and coordinate the flow of information
  • Maintaining and organizing dispute file opening until closing
  • Manage dispute summaries
  • Manage administrative tasks with external law firms
  • Manage and organize commercial service meetings
  • Prepare financial summaries and reports
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Maintain filing systems for the department
  • Provide administrative reviews of project records as needed
  • Provide general administration for the department.
  • Provide daytoday support to the Director of Commercial

Is this the right role for you?

  • Selfstarter who can take initiative, multitask and work well under pressure both independently and in a team setting
  • Highly motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Advanced computer skills; proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and M365 software including Teams
  • Experienced with digital filing and document management
  • Superb accuracy, attention to detail and time management skills
  • Demonstrates commitment to privacy and ethical conduct
  • Familiar with legal or construction project paperwork.
