This role is responsible for providing administrative support in the Accounts Payable team.
You will be tasked with entering and processing all invoices, organizing invoices and cheques, mailing, and filing, and responding to a variety of questions.
What will you do?
- Enter and process of all invoices timely and accurately.
- Sort and code invoices.
- Prepare batch jobs for cheque runs.
- Sort and match invoices to cheques.
- Mail cheques and filing of paid invoices.
- Communicate and respond to all queries and issues from trades, suppliers, and staff.
- Maintain vendor accounts.
- Reconcile account statements.
- Various other accounts payable, accounting, and administrative duties as assigned.
What do we look for?
- Minimum two years of Accounts Payable experience.
