Are you a highly motivated and experienced logistics professional? Do you have a passion for developing and leading teams to success?

We are seeking a Western Canada & USA Logistics Manager to oversee the logistics operations in Western Canada and the United States of America.

As the Western Canada & USA Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery operations for 8 locations in Canada and 8 in the USA (Overseeing 6 Managers) by ensuring smooth and efficient movement of our product.

You will also play a critical role in developing and leading our logistics staff to achieve their full potential and promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee transportation operations for 8 locations in Western Canada and 8 locations in the United States of America
Manage a team of logistics professionals, including Logistics Managers, Lead Drivers, Delivery Drivers, and Administrative Assistants
Monitor and analyze logistics performance, identify areas of improvement and implement corrective action plans
Work closely with other internal departments to ensure smooth coordination of logistics activities
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures
Manage logistics budgets ensuring costeffective operations and cost control

Qualifications:

Minimum of 6 years of experience in logistics management, with a strong understanding of logistics management, supply chain management, and team leadership
Strong knowledge of industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices
The ability to manage people, build teams, support performance, and communicate effectively
Complex problem solving and analytical skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence
An ability to adapt and conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
Excellent organizational, time management, verbal, and written communication skills
