We are seeking a Western Canada & USA Logistics Manager to oversee the logistics operations in Western Canada and the United States of America.
As the Western Canada & USA Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery operations for 8 locations in Canada and 8 in the USA (Overseeing 6 Managers) by ensuring smooth and efficient movement of our product.
You will also play a critical role in developing and leading our logistics staff to achieve their full potential and promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee transportation operations for 8 locations in Western Canada and 8 locations in the United States of America
- Manage a team of logistics professionals, including Logistics Managers, Lead Drivers, Delivery Drivers, and Administrative Assistants
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance, identify areas of improvement and implement corrective action plans
- Work closely with other internal departments to ensure smooth coordination of logistics activities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures
- Manage logistics budgets ensuring costeffective operations and cost control

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in logistics management, with a strong understanding of logistics management, supply chain management, and team leadership
- Strong knowledge of industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices
- The ability to manage people, build teams, support performance, and communicate effectively
- Complex problem solving and analytical skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence
- An ability to adapt and conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
- Excellent organizational, time management, verbal, and written communication skills

Salary:
From $80,000.00 per year
