ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll be part of the inside team, processing quotes, orders and sourcing. Building customer and supplier relationships. We have a team of product specialists and manufacturer representatives to back you up and jump in wherever needed.
You will report to the Operations Manager, and under their guidance, you will:
- Take orders; suggest alternative products when needed
- Respond to RFQs; work with suppliers to quote products and projects
- Source products through our inventory system, suppliers and specialists
- Resolve customer issues; determine cause, provide solutions and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Grow your skills and career through business and personal development courses and activities
- Share your ideas, learn from your mistakes, ask for help and assist the team

$18.00-$24.00 per hour
