Assistant Superintendent


Duties:


  • Update all required Logs and Site Related Procore activities.
  • RFI's, Daily Logs, Lost Day Tracking, Site Instructions
  • Can order and organize construction drawings on site
  • Responsible for all safety related tasks and documentation
  • Follow and update Finishing schedule as needed.
  • Can communicate and schedule trades accordingly.
  • Order Supplies & Rental of equipment when needed
  • Capable of walking units to review finishing work

Requirements:


  • 5 Years minimum of Construction experience on site
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure

Salary:
$80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Scarborough, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- construction: 5 years (preferred)
