Description

As an Administrative Clerk Admin, you will assist the Manager with vehicle damages claims processing, processing of incident reports in a claims data base, investigation and review of charge backs to Company, and clerical duties (photocopying; coding and processing of invoices to our payables department.; computer use, filing etc.).

You will also assist other administration groups.

Qualifications/Minimum
Requirements:


  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum oneyear office support experience required.
  • At least 6 months of prior work experience in a role where customer service was key element of your duties.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
  • Must be able to interact professionally with all levels of management.
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
  • Selfmotivated, requiring little direct supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new tasks and responsibilities.
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record
