Description

The Wholesale Payments Product Delivery organization is responsible for scaling and integrating payments platforms across Commercial Banking and the Corporate & Investment Bank, by defining the product strategy, segmenting clients and packing solutions against these segments, determining the end-to-end delivery strategy, managing product launches and enabling the sales teams.


Key responsibilities include internal communications management and delivery, timely and succinct reporting of key initiatives, data analysis, and project management support with the goal of ensuring effective end-to-end execution.


Additionally, in this role you'll:

  • Champion a culture of innovation and a customercentric mindset
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation or strategic partnerships
  • Find ways to drive efficiency with existing technical infrastructure through automation while embracing the innovative opportunities offered by new technologies

Responsibilities:


  • Organize and distribute various Commercial Market Readiness branded publications, reports, readiness summaries, and standalone communications
  • Maintain various communication distribution lists
  • Edit communications
  • Maintain and support tools, communication repositories, and other resources to ensure maximum process efficiency and control
  • Update and maintain Commercial Market Readiness SharePoint site
  • Provide analytical and project management support to Commercial Market Readiness, as needed
  • Assist in preparing presentation material to be shared with management and business groups
  • Assist in identifying and recommending best practices and enhancements to Commercial Market Readiness processes and methodologies
  • Analyze data and deliver analysis and recommendations to assist Commercial Market Readiness leads with readiness strategies and planning
  • Assist in coordinating and facilitating key stakeholder meetings
  • Coordinate administrative activities on behalf of the team related to general services (e.g., technology, training)

Qualifications:


  • College degree
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in banking, experience in Commercial Banking preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Project Management and Treasury Management industry experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively
  • Strong skills with the following programs:
  • PowerPoint PitchPro+ to develop presentations for all levels of management
  • SharePoint development and maintenance skills
  • Excel skills, including pivot tables and advanced functions
  • Ability to interpret and analyze data with attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and produce successful results
  • Ability to develop positive relationships with business stakeholders
  • Mature, independent, highly organized, selfmotivated and a team player
  • Proven ability as a selfstarter, detailoriented, well organized, strong decisionmaking skills and able to multitask effectively
