Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Analyst to join our team at Clearpoint Health Network Inc.

The Junior IT Analyst will play a key role in supporting our IT infrastructure, assisting with day-to-day IT operations, and contributing to the implementation of IT projects and initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level IT professional to gain hands-on experience and grow their career in a dynamic and fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with stakeholders to understand their requirements.
Develop and analyze functional specifications.
Design efficient IT systems to meet business and technology needs.
Gather feedback from end users about system performance.
Plan and oversee projects (e.g. upgrades, hardware/software installations).
Provide advice and technical training.
Keep abreast of technology trends and developments.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as an IT Analyst, IT Consultant or similar role.
Experience in project management.
Knowledge of databases, system security and troubleshooting.
Understanding of business practices.
Excellent communication skills.
Analytical mindset.
Problemsolving aptitude.
