About the opportunity
As an integral part of the "we can do that" operation, this position is responsible for responding to incoming electronic leads from various websites and internet traffic


Specifically:
- schedule vehicle sales appointments from digital leads and inquiries in an attempt to achieve conversion targets
- interact and engage with customers through digital leads from multiple sources for the sales departments with the goal of answering and assisting customers, including scheduling an appointment to visit the dealership
- ensure a smooth handover to the Sales Consultant assigned to the dealership appointment
- perform data mining of the database and send outbound digital campaigns/promotions and incentives to customers
- follow up with sales consultants if there are changes to the vehicle appointment
- enter information into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System
- perform after-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction


About you

  • 2 years of proven experience in eCommerce/online sales or Business Development (automotive industry preferred)
  • Valid OMVIC License
- strong customer service aptitude
- ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
- proficiency working with CRM systems (i.e. One Eighty) is an asset
- ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
- strong attention to detail, organized and strategic
- ability to maintain professionalism
- ability to work independently and with mínimal supervision
- self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
- a desire to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- a proven commitment to quality of work
