What You Will Experience:

Risk Management support

Support the digital transformation of risk management through the implementation of a full scope GRC platform
Support the delivery of risk identification and monitoring projects
Support the development of risk frameworks designed to analyze, report, and track operational risks
Conduct risk analyses and identify internal and external risk trends

Corporate Compliance support

Support the drafting of reports, policies, procedures, and standards to ensure industry standards and regulations are met or exceeded.
Support the provision and execution of compliance plans/initiatives to ensure that operations of QuadReal comply with the relevant policies and regulations.
Support compliance reviews on relevant procedures and documents.
Assist with the design and delivery of training programs in connection with compliance and policy matters.
Support daytoday activities, including regulatory research, data privacy and antimoney laundering programs, drafting reports, presenting findings, and other departmental projects.

What You'll Bring:

Currently enrolled in an academic program preferably in Business/Commerce with an interest in pursuing a professional auditing, accounting, or compliance related designation (CPA/CIA/CFE/CMA/CISA/CISSP).
Strong quantitative and analytical skills; detailoriented and proficient in reading and interpreting raw data. Ability to synthesize disparate qualitative information into a cohesive narrative and summary. Ability to exercise a high level of integrity in all business transactions
Excellent communication and presentation skills; demonstrate an ability to effectively communicate and present results that articulate key themes and messages.
Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word; knowledge of Power BI is an asset.
Previous experience working with a real estate company, audit or risk & compliance is desirable
