WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

An efficient, creative and detail-focused Executive Assistant extraordinaire who thrives in a fast-paced team culture, exhibiting a strong ability to operate autonomously, and enjoys working in a cooperative environment full of creative, passionate and experienced colleagues.


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers on all matters pertaining to the CEO. The

Executive Assistant will anticipate the various and complex needs of the CEO, ensuring confidentiality, discretion, professionalism, while performing a full range of executive administrative and office management duties.


In confidence, the Executive Assistant prepares and edits expenses, invoices, business communications, executive level presentations, conducts research, leads ad hoc projects, assembles and analyzes data, prepares reports and other documents as necessary.

This role provides ongoing support to the CEO through the management of an ever
- changing executive calendar including time management (assisting in prioritization), maintaining deadlines, management of travel arrangements, booking of onsite/offsite meetings and business events; coordinating agendas as well as prepping the CEO and Senior Leadership Team for meetings.


Finally, the Executive Assistant supports the central office; ensuring the office, and equipment are kept clean, tidy, safe, and well maintained; contacting service providers and technicians as required, ordering supplies and equipment.

The Executive Assistant interfaces with customers, vendors, visitors, internal and external executives and, most importantly; fellow team members.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • A bachelor's degree in public administration, communications, or a related discipline.
years experience of C-Suite level executive support that required tremendous professionalism, confidentiality, organization and accuracy. A combination of relevant education and experience may be considered.

  • Advanced MSOffice experience, including. Word, Excel, Power Point and MS Outlook
  • Proven ability to effectively prioritize work flow
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, and extremely detailed oriented
  • Ability to exercise good judgement, show initiative and be proactive
