Dish Washer
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen (includes washing dishes, taking out the garbage, mopping floors, organizing fridges, etc.)
- Properly washes and sorts soiled dishes
- Set up dish stations, including dish machines and work
- Ensure all equipment and utensils are in good working order, are property sanitized and stored
- Assist cooks and prep cook in the preparation of diverse recipes
- Follow procedures according to Health and Safety requirements
- Receive and rotate products into inventory
- Performs other duties assigned from time to time
M
ust-Haves:
- Experience working in a food environment is an asset
- Knife skills or previous experience in a kitchen is preferred
- Positive attitude and willing to learn
- Previous Kitchen Management experience
- Familiar with sanitation and health and safety food regulations including proper handling of equipment
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Flexible schedule
- Food Handler Certification is an asset
