Additionally, Alpha College has formed a partnership with St. Lawrence College, delivering programs designed to meet the unique challenges of international students.


Responsibilities:

As the Student Recruitment Manager at Alpha College, you will play a crucial role in attracting and enrolling prospective students


Your responsibilities include:

  • Building and nurturing relationships with external recruitment agencies to expand our reach.
  • Strong knowledge in recruitment methods and staying updated on industry best practices.
  • Conducting comprehensive research to identify potential domestic students and manage multiple recruitment initiatives concurrently.
  • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams, including Academics, Marketing, and Admission, to ensure consistent achievement of enrollment goals.
  • Continuously analyze and monitor student enrollment data, taking proactive steps to address any emerging issues.
  • Planning and participating in recruitment events such as college fairs, information sessions, and agency collaborations to engage with prospective students.
  • Provide weekly enrollment updates and departmental reports to the managements.
  • Delivering compelling presentations and information sessions to educate prospective students about our programs and admissions process.
  • Maintaining accurate records and regularly report on activities such as leads, appointments, interviews, and enrollments.
  • Cultivate community networks to enhance the organization's visibility and engagement.

Education and Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Education, Communications, or Marketing preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience in student recruitment, admissions, or related experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales and enrolment targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, Gmail and Google Account.
  • Graphic design skills with the knowledge to use Photoshop, Illustrator, lnDesign, WordPress, and the Adobe suite of programs.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
