Mitchell's Towing is looking for a customer service-oriented, well-mannered and reliable Full Time dispatcher.

We are looking for individuals willing and able to maintain our elevated level of service while giving our clients the best service possible.

Our office environment is welcoming and supportive. Being able to multifunction is crucial.

Medical & Dental is available after 3 months.

CURRENT SHIFT AVAILABLE:

Full Time: 40 hours a week - 1PM - 11PM OR 2PM - 12PM - Must be available for Weekends and Holidays.

IN OFFICE ONLY NOT REMOTE

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Take incoming calls for towing relates services; police impounds, accidents, roadside assistance.
Release impounded vehicles.
Preparing Quotes for Clients.
Coordinate and dispatch multiple drivers.
An input of calls into the dispatch software.
Taking payments and processing paperwork for drivers and clients.
Elevate issues to management for follow-up.
Other duties as assigned.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
Medium computer skills.
Able to multi-task on an ongoing basis.
Strong organization, problem-solving and time management skills.
Able to work under pressure, in person, and on the phone.
Able to work as part of a team.
A criminal record check is required.

Pay:
$22.00-$24.00 per year
