This opportunity will be based out of our research and development center in Dundee and will commence July 2023. Who you are:

We are looking for people who are passionate about developing high-quality software information products that will have a real benefit to our product users and customers.

You will have the opportunity to work with our teams in delivering exceptional information products (printed documentation, online help, enterprise wiki and training materials) that support the needs of NCR product users, while also improving your skillset.

To qualify, you are expected to be on track to graduate in 2023 or already have earned a Bachelor's or Master's degree within the last 6 months.

From a Technical, Professional writing or a communications related discipline.

You should have excellent written communication skills and the ability to distil complex technical information into straightforward, user-focused content for a variety of audiences.

Although no specific tooling knowledge is required, any experience with authoring software such as Madcap Flare, Adobe Framemaker, Microsoft Word and Atlassian Confluence would be a bonus.
